Eine Geschichte von zwei völlig fremden Personen, Shinichi Nakagawa und Yuuki Sanada, die beide ihren Tod durch einen Unfall fanden. Gott hat ihnen eine zweite Chance gegeben, sie sollen sieben Tage miteinander aushalten und sich dann entscheiden: Einer darf weiterleben und einer muss sterben. Während dieser sieben Tage dürfen die zwei nicht von der Seite des anderen weichen, da sonst beide sterben. Zeitgleich teilen sie nun auch alle Gefühle und Gedanken.
