Die Person hinter Zero ist der faule Lin Jie. Dieser lebt mit seiner Schwester immer noch zu Hause und faulenzt lieber auf der Couch beim Gaming als zu Arbeiten. Seine Schwester findet es gar nicht gut, dass Lin Jie bis jetzt nichts im Leben erreicht hat und schmeißt ihn raus – er soll sich Arbeit suchen! Auf Umwegen führt es ihn zur Hero Agency, wo er unter einem anderen Heldennamen Geld verdienen soll.
