Die beiden Städte, Kujukuri in Chiba und Dallas in der USA, werden von einem Teufel namens Bazusu 10.000 Jahre in die Zukunft geschickt und gegeneinander aufgehetzt. Der Teufel beobachtet den anschließenden Kampf mit großer Freude. Tanbara Gai, ein Mitglied der Zeit-Patrouille, versucht jedoch gegen den Bazusu anzukämpfen um seinen Grausamkeiten ein Ende zu setzen.
