Yuu Aimu is a student fresh out of the country, ready to make it on his own in the big city while attending a new school. Problem is, the only lodgings he can afford come with some rather spooky neighbors... and a young female ghost for a roommate!
Der Student Yuu Aimu zieht vom Land in die Großstadt, um sein Leben auf eigene Faust zu meistern. Da er nicht auf der Straße leben möchte, muss sich Yuu eine Unterkunft suchen. Allerdings kann er mit dem Geld, das er zur Verfügung hat, keine großen Sprünge machen und muss sich so in eine Wohnung neben ziemlich gespenstischen Nachbarn einmieten.
