Im titelgebenden Kapitel „Ghost School“ fühlt Oberschülerin Yukiko Tanigawa, die jeden Tag fleißig lernt, eines Tages eine große Ermüdung und kann am nächsten Morgen nicht aus dem Bett aufstehen. Ihre alleinerziehende Mutter beginnt daraufhin, sich um die kränkelnde Tochter zu kümmern. Doch Yukikos Zustand bessert sich nicht und eines Morgens muss sie feststellen, dass ihr Körper von innen heraus zu verfaulen scheint …

Außerdem enthalten sind in diesem Band die Kurzgeschichten „Kuro Manteau“, „Sailor Fuku no Hana“, „Kusomushi“, „Kaze no Densetsu“ und „Hebi no Me“.

Anmerkung:
Zwei Kapitel dieses Titels wurden in Band 9 („Ghost School“) der „Hino Horror“-Reihe in englischer Sprache veröffentlicht. Die beiden anderen Kapitel, die in der englischen Veröffentlichung enthalten waren, stammten ursprünglich aus den Titeln Rouba Shoujo und Uroko Shoujo.
