Synopsis

Yuji Sano is used to work from morning to night for the company where he is employed. When a text box suddenly appears on his computer one day asking if he would like to be summoned to another world, he initially thinks the whole thing is a bad joke. Even restarting the PC can’t solve the problem for him, instead he so abruptly accepts the request and ends up in a strange fantasy world.

Yuji is desperate: How is he supposed to return home? And who is supposed to take care of the huge pile of work waiting for him there? But these are not his only problems. His character class in this world is that of the monster tamer. He soon realises that he has the ability to converse with slimes. And since there seems to be an almost infinite number of them, he befriends them in order to learn everything about the strange place he now finds himself in. The principle that knowledge is power also applies here, and so Yuji acquires a second character class in no time at all, which puts him in an impossible situation …
