Misaki ist schon seit seiner Kindheit leidenschaftlicher Gamer und will mit einem Designstudium seinem Traum näherkommen, bei der Firma Gold Games zu arbeiten. Sein größter Rivale im Studium ist der unnahbare Kaname, von dem Misaki total fasziniert ist. Als kurz vor Abgabe eines Projekts Kanames Daten gelöscht werden, bietet Misaki ihm seine Hilfe an … und merkt, dass hinter der arroganten Fassade noch viel mehr steckt.

Fin dall’infanzia, Misaki ama i videogiochi e aspira a far parte di un’importante software house. Per questo si iscrive a una scuola di game design e lì incontra Kaname, talentuoso designer emergente. Nell’animo di Misaki nasce subito una grande rivalità nei confronti del collega di studi, che presto si trasforma in frustrazione, a causa dell’irraggiungibile abilità di Kaname. Ma nei sentimenti di Misaki per il compagno di scuola sembra celarsi molto più della semplice invidia…
