I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World, Too (2019)

Yuuya Tenjou is a poor soul: short, fat, meek and thus a victim of society. He was bullied in middle school and even got kicked out of his home. His grandfather is his only support on his journey through life, but when he too dies, Yuuya has his house all to himself.

After he graduated from middle school, two life-changing things happened to him: first, he rescues the girl Kaori in the real world, and second, he finds a secret door to another world in his house. In this world, he slowly but surely levels up so that even his appearance changes for the better.

When, one day, he rescues another girl in the nearby forest, who introduces herself as Princess Lexia of Arceria, and Kaori simultaneously turns out to be the daughter of the headmaster of the elite Ousei Academy, the chaos is complete. Thus, begins a crazy new phase in Yuuya’s life as an elite student and supposed hero of a fantasy world.

Yuuya Tenjou ist eine arme Seele: Klein und fett, aber auch sanftmütig, ist er ein Opfer der Gesellschaft. In der Mittelstufe wird er gemobbt und von zu Hause wurde er herausgeschmissen. Einzig sein Opa unterstützt ihn auf seinem Lebensweg, doch als auch dieser stirbt, bekommt Yuuya dessen Haus ganz für sich alleine.

Nachdem er die Mittelschule abgeschlossen hatte, passierten ihm zwei lebensverändernde Dinge: Zum einen rettet er in der realen Welt das Mädchen Kaori und zum anderen findet er in seinem Haus eine geheime Türe in eine »andere Welt«. In dieser Welt levelt er stark, aber sicher auf, sodass selbst sein Äußeres sich zum Besseren verändert.

Als er eines Tages dann im nahen Wald wieder ein Mädchen rettet, das sich als Prinzessin Lexia von Arceria vorstellt, und auch Kaori sich als Tochter des Direktors der Elite-Hochschule Ousei-Akademie herausstellt, ist das Chaos perfekt. So beginnt für Yuuya ein verrückter, neuer Lebensabschnitt als Eliteschüler und vermeintlicher Held einer Fantasie-Welt.
