Megumi besucht eine reine Mädchen-Oberschule und seit kurzem hilft sie auch im Immobiliengeschäft ihrer Eltern aus. Das macht sie lieber als auf Gruppendates oder in den Nachtclub zu gehen. Besonders aufregend wird es für sie, als sie einen Vertrag für eine Eigentumswohnung auf Hawaii abschließt! Doch daraufhin versucht Hibino Akihiko, ein Angestellter der großen Immobilienfirma Mitomo Real Estate, ihren Plan zu durchkreuzen, denn er versucht einfach das Geschäft und alle Verträge der Familie Nanbu zu übernehmen. Und als wäre das nicht schon schlimm genug, ist da dieser nervige Miyuki Shinjou, der Sohn reicher Eltern und ihr Verehrer, und stiehlt ihr mitten auf der Straße einen Kuss.

Kurz darauf erhält Megumi einen Anruf aus Hawaii, in dem gesagt wird, dass einer ihrer Kunden, für den sie eine Immobilie vermittelt hat, dort vermisst wird. Daraufhin reist Megumi persönlich nach Hawaii, um weitere Nachforschungen anzustellen. Vor Ort muss sie dann feststellen, dass ihr Verehrer Miyuki-chan ihr auf mysteriöse Art und Weise auf die Insel gefolgt ist …
