Ryouko Ookami ist eine frischgebackene Highschool-Schülerin, die für ihr grimmiges Aussehen und ihre beim Lächeln zu sehenden ausgeprägten Eckzähne sowie ihr wildes Verhalten bekannt ist. Gemeinsam mit Ringo Akai, einer etwas zu klein geratenen Mitschülerin, die nach Außen hin süß und engelsgleich wirkt, sich jedoch genau gegenteilig verhält, kämpft Ryouko mit unzähligen weiteren verrückten Freunden dafür, die Welt zu verändern.
