Midnight (1986)

Midnight is a taxi driver, specializing in picking up customers in the dead of night, and is good at not asking questions about fishy behavior. He has a telepathic link with his special cab, which has a third wheel and is capable of amazing feats. When he accidentally runs over a young girl and puts her into a coma, he goes to the infamous Dr. Black Jack to ask for treatment for her, and must spend all his nights working to pay for her medical treatment.
