Mei Nakamura ist eine Highschool-Schülerin, die nicht sehr auffällt. Während sie mit ihren Freundinnen in einem Café ist, stößt sie an den Tisch des Models Shirou. Als Mei sich dafür entschuldigt, bemerkt Shirou etwas, greift ihre Hand und bringt sie nach draußen. Er weiß, dass sie damals als Kind gemodelt hat und seitdem ihr größter Otaku-Fan ist.

Anmerkung:
Neben der titelgebenden Geschichte, welche aus acht Kapiteln besteht, umfasste diese Veröffentlichung auch die beiden One-shots „An’ya Kouro“ und „Wonderful Café ni Youkoso“. Diese waren im zweiten Band enthalten.
