An der kleinen Oberschule Hekiyou geht es drunter und drüber, denn die wichtigste Institution der Schule, das Schülerkomitee, setzt sich aus einer Bande total verschiedener, zum Teil leicht verrückter, Mitglieder zusammen. Allen voran die Präsidentin des Komitees, Kurimu Sakurano, versucht mit eiserner Hand ihren Club zu führen und ihren Willen durchzusetzen, stößt aber bei Ken Sugizaki auf Widerstand, denn er hat einen ganz anderen Plan für den Club: seinen ganz persönlichen Harem daraus zu erschaffen. Eigentlich hat er hierfür keine allzu schlechte Karten, denn er ist das einzige männliche Mitglied des fünfköpfigen Komitees, doch lassen ihn die weiblichen Mitglieder immer wieder gnadenlos abblitzen.

Seitokai no Ichizon ist eine Mischung aus dem alltäglichen Schulleben gepaart mit einer großen Anzahl an Anspielungen auf andere Serien wie Death Note, Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lucky Star und vielen mehr.
