Synopsis

Magic is no longer a product of the imagination. It is a modern-day technology that has also been integrated into society for well over a century. Many countries deal extensively with the care of their magicians, which is tantamount to a race. Tatsuya Shiba is a student at the First High School and is one of the worse students there, as he is not blessed with any special powers. His sister Miyuki also attends this school, but she cannot be compared to her brother at all, as she is the best student of the new year and one of the excellent students. What will happen to him in a school where people like to look down on those who are not among the chosen, good students?
