Fang Cheng-Tien, ein Peitschenkämpfer, wird seit vielen Jahren verdächtigt, einen Raubüberfall und mehrere Morde begangen zu haben. Doch Fang ist unschuldig. Verfolgt wird er unter anderem von Wang Chien-Hsin, dem Neffen eines der Opfer, und der jungen Peitschenkämpferin Yang-Han-Yun. Sie glauben, dass Fang mit dem Schurken Hung gemeinsame Sache macht. Doch als Yang in die Fänge von Banditen gerät, rettet Fang ihr das Leben. Yang und Wang müssen erkennen, daß Fang unschuldig ist und sie den Falschen verfolgten. Es stellt sich heraus, dass Hung der wahre Schuldige ist. In einem tödlichen Kampf findet Hung seine gerechte Strafe.
