Ein junger Mann aus Hongkong, Tang Lu, fährt nach Rom, um einer Freundin der Familie, dem Mädchen Chen Ching-Hua, zu helfen. Sie wird von Gangstern bedroht, die ihr Restaurant übernehmen wollen. Bald nach Tang’s Ankunft tauchen die Gangster in der Kneipe auf. Sie verjagen die Gäste und fordern, daß Chen den Übernahme-Vertrag für das Restaurant unterschreibt. Die Gangster kehren am Abend zurück, um sich die Antwort abzuholen, während die Kellner Boxen üben. Die Gangster lachen über ihren Kampfstil. Tang ist verärgert und besiegt alle in einem glänzenden Kampf. Der Chef der Bande fordert Tang’s Tod. Als sein Plan fehlschlägt, versucht er, Tang die Rückfahrkarte nach Hongkong zu geben. Tang lehnt ab und wirft die Bande aus der Kneipe hinaus. Der Gangsterboss heuert einen internationalen Karate-Meister aus Amerika an, um das letzte Mal zu versuchen, Tang zu töten …
