Für Mako (Meiko Kaji) und ihre Girl-Gang Alleycats beginnt der »Arbeits-« Tag mit dem Abzocken älterer Herren und dem obligatorischen Ladendiebstahl, bevor sie sich gegen Abend in ihrem Lieblingsclub versammeln. Nach einigen Whiskey-Colas geht es dann - natürlich in gestohlenen Wagen - zum Stelldichein mit den Eagles, einer befreundeten Männer-Gang.
Mit Drogen und Sex klingt der Tag schließlich bei Kerzenschein »besinnlich« aus. Offensichtlich genießen die Mädels ihr wildes Leben.

Doch Megumi (Yuki Arikawa) entzieht sich plötzlich ihrem Spielgefährten und verschwindet von der Party. Auf sie wartet Ichiro (Ken Sanders) - und eine Menge Ärger. Denn Ichiro ist ein Mischling, halb Japaner, halb Afroamerikaner und als solcher erklärtes Feindbild des »Barons« (Tatsuya Fuji), des Anführers der Eagles. Seine Gang durchforstet daraufhin die Straßen nach weiteren Halbblutjapanern, um diese aus der Stadt zu vertreiben.

Als sich auch noch Mako, die der Baron für sich beansprucht, für einen Halbjapaner interessiert, droht das Pulverfass aus angestauter Wut, Fremdenhass und Langeweile endgültig in die Luft zu gehen …
