Der Hades-Kult und seine Kämpfer sollen für die Japaner in China Aufstände unterdrücken. Dazu wird dem Sektenführer nach 12 Jahren bei Erfolg die Entlassung aus der japanischen Haft in Aussicht gestellt. Als entbehrliches Trainingsmaterial werden dem Kult in China aufgegriffene ausländische Kämpfer zur Verfügung gestellt. Gleichzeitig wird dem Kult gestattet, Kinder als neue Kämpfer auszubilden, ob diese nun wollen oder nicht. Damit bleibt dem jetzigen Shaolin-Kampfmönch Yu Xing und ehemaligen Hades-Kämpfer K-29 keine andere Wahl, als einzugreifen und diesem Treiben ein Ende zu bereiten.
