Description

Korea, 1940, during the Japanese invasion: still young kisaeng Jung So-Yool wants to realize her dream of becoming a singer. Her childhood friend Kim Yoon-Woo is to help her. He is a songwriter who already produced some well-known songs. However, he only looks at Seo Yeon-Hee, also a kisaeng. For her, he writes the greatest song of his life. So-Yool reacts with great jealousy, and thus the drama begins …!

Korea 1940: Die Japaner sind ins Land eingefallen und unterdrücken die koreanische Bevölkerung. Nichtsdestotrotz möchte die Gisaeng Jung So-Yool ihren wahren Traum verwirklichen und Sängerin werden. Dabei soll ihr ihr Jugendfreund Kim Yoon-Woo helfen, der als Songwriter schon den einen oder anderen guten Song geschrieben und produziert hat. Doch dieser hat nur Augen für Seo Yeon-Hee, ebenfalls eine Gisaeng, für die er das Lied seines Lebens schreibt. So-Yool explodiert daraufhin und das Drama nimmt seinen Lauf.
