Es sind die 80er, als es in Osaka zu einem schicksalhaften Treffen zwischen Sanma und Jimmy kommt. Sanma findet den jungen Jimmy, wie er gerade ohne Kleider an einer Treppe festgebunden war. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war Jimmy ein Anfänger als Komiker, bei dem alles schiefging, was er versuchte. Im Gegensatz zu ihm war Sanma bereits ein sehr populärer Komiker. Ab diesem Tag beginnt Sanma dem jungen Jimmy zu helfen, sein komödiantisches Talent zu entwickeln.
