Vor 15 Jahren wurde ein Mädchen auf dem Schulweg entführt. Kento Saegusa, welcher zu dieser Zeit in der ersten Klasse der Grundschule war, wurde Zeuge der Entführung. Ein paar Tage später wurde der tote Körper des Mädchens gefunden und die beiden Kriminalbeamten Takeshi Ooyama und Kazuo Iwata untersuchten den Fall weiter, jedoch konnte der Täter nie gefunden werden. Seit diesem Zeitpunkt begann Kento der Polizei zu misstrauen.

Nun, fünfzehn Jahre später, arbeitet Kento selbst bei der Polizei und ist Kriminalbeamter und Profiler. Per Zufall findet Kento ein Funkgerät, welches es ihm ermöglicht, mit Takeshi aus der Vergangenheit in Kontakt zu treten. Die Polizeibeamten Kento, Takeshi und Misaki machen sich nun daran, alte ungelöste Fälle zu lösen.
