Zwei Oberschülerinnen aus der Stadt Nasukarasuyama in der Präfektur Tochigi helfen bei der lokalen Radiostation aus. Diese wurde gegründet, um die Stadt wiederzubeleben. Natsuki und Ryuuji kamen aus Tokyo nach Nasukarasuyama, um die Radiostation zu betreiben. Gemeinsam mit den beiden Oberschülerinnnen suchen sie nach lokalem Material für das Programm der Radiostation. Auf ihrer Suche erfahren sie, dass das näherrückende traditionelle Yamaage-Fest Schwierigkeiten hat, genug Mitarbeiter für die Durchführung zu finden. Die beiden Schülerinnen entwickeln daraufhin einen Plan, um dem Fest zum Erfolg zu verhelfen.
