Kentarou Yamamoto, Ryou Tachibana und Kazuhiko Sugihara sind drei junge Gangmitglieder der Yakuza. Die drei machen einen gewaltigen Fehler, was ihren Boss ziemlich verärgert und so flehen sie um ihr Leben. Der Boss hat gehört, dass Idol-Gruppen sehr viel Geld einbringen. Er zwingt die drei sich einer Geschlechtsumwandlung zu unterziehen und prompt erhalten sie einen Termin bei der plastischen Chirurgie. Nach der Operation sind die einstigen Männer nun Frauen, die als die Idol-Gruppe „Gokudols“ auftreten.
