Der 2. Teil der »Stray Cat Rock«-Reihe handelt von einer Gruppe junger erwachsener Kleinkrimineller, die zum Spaß die Reiche Asako entführen und wieder gehen lassen. Asako bemerkt jedoch, dass eines der Mitglieder Gefühle für sie hat und beginnt eine Beziehung mit ihm.

Nachdem eine religiöse Organisation Namens Shinkyo Gakkai das Lager der Gruppe in einer Racheaktion zerstört, offenbart Asako bald darauf, dass sie die Liebhaberin von einem der Anführer der Shinkyo Gakkai sei. Zusammen mit Asako heckt die Gruppe nun aus, es der Shinkyo Gakkai heimzuzahlen, indem sie einen polizeibewachten Geldtransport der Organisation ausrauben.
