Synopsis

Lee Dong-sik was once one of the best crime detectives, but because of some incidents he slowly gets demoted and ends up as a low police officer in the rural neighbourhood. At first he has to get used to his new life, but it doesn’t take long for him to find enjoyment in his new quiet job. But this once again changes as the multitalented and young detective Han Joo-won is appointed to his unit. Joo-won is the son of the upcoming police president and he immediately gets involved in some strange murder cases that seem to have similarities with a serial killer case 20 years ago. The serial killer was never caught, even though Dong-sik was once the prime suspect.

Is it the same killer from last time, or is it just a copycat? Of course, Dong-sik ends up being the suspect once again. Joo-won starts his investigations, but more and more doubts arise as truth and lie seem to intermingle ...
