Synopsis
High school student Lee Do-Hoe grows up in the countryside at his father’s taekwondo gym. The harsh and violent atmosphere at home increasingly weighs on him and causes him to distance himself from those around him. Everything begins to change when Sin Ju-Yeong, a cheerful boy from Seoul who dreams of studying taekwondo, enters his life. Ju-Yeong approaches Do-Hoe with openness and sincerity. Gradually, he brings warmth and light into his previously quiet world.
However, the influence of Do-Hoe’s father and the tense environment surrounding the gym begin to affect their relationship more and more. A decisive incident eventually forces them apart. Years later, they meet again unexpectedly and are confronted once more with the feelings that once connected them.
Can Do-Hoe and Ju-Yeong overcome the past that separated them? Will they find a way to face what still remains between them?
