»Hakuo Gakuin« war einmal eine vornehme Ausbildungsstätte für die besten Kämpfer des Landes, aber in den letzten Jahren ist die Schule immer mehr verkommen und bringt nur noch wenige gute »Martial Artists« hervor. Das liegt vornehmlich daran, dass die mit ihr konkurrierende Schule namens »Seishikan« der »Hakuo Gakuin« immer mehr gute Schüler abwirbt. Um seine Schule endlich wieder zu alten Ruhm zu führen, schickt der Direktor der »Hakuo Gakuin« einen Schüler zum Dorf »Fuma«, um dort einen berühmten Ninjaclan ausfindig zu machen.
