Hana Yori Dango Final: The Movie (2008)

Finally, Makino is accepted by Domyouji’s mother. Shortly afterwards, Domyouji announces that he and Makino want to get married. The girl receives a valuable tiara from Domyouji’s mother, an important family heirloom. But it is stolen in the middle of the night. Domyouji chases the thief, but cannot take the tiara from him, and so the thief disappears with the valuable piece of jewellery. Makino and Domyouji get into big trouble, because without the tiara their wedding cannot take place, so they set out to find the thief. To find the valuable tiara, they travel halfway around the world and their feelings for each other are once again put to the test.

Endlich wird Makino von Domyoujis Mutter akzeptiert. Kurz darauf gibt Domyouji bekannt, dass er und Makino heiraten möchten. Das Mädchen bekommt von Domyoujis Mutter ein wertvolles Diadem, ein wichtiges Erbstück der Familie. Doch dieses wird mitten in der Nacht gestohlen. Zwar verfolgt Domyouji den Dieb, kann ihm das Diadem aber nicht abnehmen, und so verschwindet der Dieb mit dem wertvollen Schmuckstück. Makino und Domyouji geraten in große Schwierigkeiten, denn ohne das Diadem kann ihre Hochzeit nicht stattfinden, weshalb sie sich auf die Suche nach dem Dieb machen. Um das wertvolle Diadem zu finden, reisen sie um die halbe Welt und ihre Gefühle füreinander werden erneut auf die Probe gestellt.
