Der schurkische Lord Godless will die Macht über China an sich reissen. Dazu entreisst er dem Superkrieger Nameless alle Kräfte und kidnappt den Kaiser. Nun können nur noch die beiden Krieger Cloud und Wind das Steuer herumreissen: Während Cloud unter Nameless neue Techniken trainiert, begibt sich Wind unter die Fittiche von Lord Wicked, der ihn die Künste des Bösen lehrt.
