Eigentlich sollte es ein Auftritt in einem angesagten Ferienort sein, doch zu ihrem Leidwesen muss die Strippern Rena Jodo feststellen, dass das so viel gepriesene Ferienressort in Wirklichkeit ein verschlafenes Nest ist. Als dann noch durch Zufall das »Book of the Dead« gefunden wird mit welchem man Untote heraufbeschwören kann, eskaliert die Situation vollends. Rena und ihre Stripper-Kollegien bleibt nichts anderes übrig, als mit vollem Körpereinsatz gegen die Zombie-Plage vorzugehen.
