Auf einer japanischen Mädchenschule wird ein Mitglied des Schwimmteams vom brutalen Trainer verprügelt, und soll von dem verschlossenen Neuzugang Aki ersetzt werden. Währenddessen grassiert ein neues Virus, und prompt verwandeln sich nach der Impfung durch den seltsamen Schularzt Lehrer wie Schülerinnen reihenweise in aggressive Zombies. Nur die Mädchen des Schwimmteams scheinen immun zu sein, und nehmen den Kampf gegen die Untoten auf. Aki offenbart ihre Geheimnisse inzwischen einer ihr besonders zugetanen Mitschülerin.
