In China herrscht die Revolution, das Volk wird von Großgrundbesitzern ausgebeutet. Nur einer übt Gerechtigkeit: die Bruderschaft der schwarzen Spinne. Ihr Anführer ist Fan Yun Ching, ein hervorragender Kung-Fu Kämpfer. Er leitete einmal die Schule des Goldenen Drachen, wo die besten Kung-Fu Kämpfer der Welt ausgebildet wurden. Sein Gegenspieler ist Lei Chen Tien, ein Großgrundbesitzer, der ein Parasitendasein führt. Lei Chen Tien weiß von der Bruderschaft der schwarzen Spinne und er ist bemüht, seine eigenen Leute in die Organisation einzuschleusen, um sie so von innen heraus zu zerstören. Fan Yun Ching’s Mutter wird entführt und als Geisel festgehalten. Mit ihr versucht Lei Chen Tien Fan Yun Ching zu erpressen, um so die Bruderschaft zu vernichten. Nun ist die Stunde der Abrechnung gekommen. Fan Yun Ching kann sein ganzes Können und seine unübertroffene Kung-Fu Technik in den Dienst der Bruderschaft stellen. Gnadenlos wird abgerechnet …
