posted on by VendelWe're happy to announce the official end of the beta phase and that you can finally use the new aniSearch.com! This project is the multi-lingual successor of aniSearch.de, which will still be accessible for a time, yet only as a read-only archive.
With this, I wish to give my warmest thanks to each team member, helping hand and supporter! I do hope the additions regarding design, usability and functionality are to everyone's liking. All in all, the plan was to create a site, which is more open and friendlier to the eye, as well as more assessable than before.

# You can now choose from several different color schemes. More schemes may be requested or suggested any time.
# The cogwheel symbol on the left side lets you select and position the content displayed on the site.
# The most diligent posters of the previous month will now have the chance to win a 10€ gift coupon. More here: http://en.anisearch.com/faq/contests
# Indexes and search were combined and you also have the option to switch from a list view to a galery style.
# We newly introduced the option to quick-rate. You'll find this using the third display option for your index.
# A new category was introduced: "Movies". Anything regarding Asian "Live-Action" can be found there.
# Every member can create their own club on aniSearch and manage it themself.
# Friendships with other users can be made.
# Your own favorite lists will help you highlight your personal top titles.
# Your profile can be configured more individually. You can now decide just what information, entered in your profile, is accessible to whom.
# You can now change your username yourself.
# The messaging system was expanded by an archive, making it easier to follow your messaging history.
# Messages may now be marked as "unread" at any given time, just in case you want to reply to it later.
More constructive suggestions and opinions are always welcome in our forums or in the support department. We're still looking for partners concerning forums and chat. If you own a bigger forum or chat and you're interested in a partnership (linking), please contact me.
