Motorou Mase ist ein japanischer Mangaka.

1998 gelang ihm der Durchbruch, als er mit seinem Werk Area den großen Preis des 43. Shogakukan-Comic-Newcomer-Wettbewerbs gewann.

In Deutschland ist er vor allem als Autor und Zeichner des Manga Ikigami: Der Todesbote (2005) bekannt, welcher auch als Film adaptiert wurde. Internationale Bekanntheit erreichte er bereits mit seinem vorherigen Werk Heads (2003).
