Naoko Matsui ist eine japanische Synchronsprecherin und Erzählerin.

Im Januar 2013 gründete sie ihre eigene Talentagentur Ups and Ups. Zuvor war sie bei der Talentagentur Production Baobab unter Vertrag.

Zusammen mit Noriko Hidaka und Wakana Yamazaki formierte sie 2015 die Idolgruppe "backdrops" und veröffentlichen als Debüt ihren Song "Don't fly!".
