Arisa Aihara ist eine japanische Synchronsprecherin und Sängerin.
Nachdem sie im Jahr 2014 den Judges' Encouragement Award beim National Voice Actor Grand Prix gewann wurde sie Mitglied sowie Anführerin der J-Pop-Idol-Gruppe Earth Star Dream. 2017 wurde die Idol-Gruppe aufgelöst. Nach einigen bereits durchgeführten Sprecherauftritten stieg sie bei der Talentagentur Mausu Promation komplett ins Synchronsprechergewerbe ein.
