Lizzie Garland ist in Inferno als Leibwächterin Claudias tätig. Normalerweise haben solch wichtige Mitglieder wie Claudia mehrere Leibwächter, doch Claudia hat sich nur Lizzie ausgesucht. Denn die beiden sind schon seit frühester Kindheit miteinander befreundet, weshalb Claudia vollstes Vertrauen zu ihr hat. Bisher hat Lizzie ihre Freundin auch noch nie enttäuscht, da sie mit ihren Schusswaffen exzellent umgehen kann, mit denen sie den Männern zeigt, wo es lang geht. Allerdings ist die Powerfrau im Gegensatz zu ihrem Pendant eine recht aufbrausende Frau, die sich schnell aufregt und oft ziemlich laut wird. Trotz ihrer Macken bleiben die beiden beste Freundinnen.
