Synopsis

15-year-old Masaki Akitsu lived a fairly ordinary life, until the day he was captured by the Japanese government for a secret government project called “Last Guardian” and realised that his previous life was a huge lie. His parents were paid to raise him, and he is told that his true destiny is to be the pilot of a great robot called Zeorymer of the Heavens. Actually, Zeorymer had been stolen from the sinister organisation Hau Dragon fifteen years ago, which has been resurrected and, now, is doing everything it can to get their mecha back.

Together with the mysterious girl Miku Himuro, Masaki must pilot Zeorymer to defend himself against the enemy mechas sent out by their adversaries, his calm and cowardly nature disappearing as soon as he gets behind the wheel and his cruel alter ego Masaki Kihara emerges.
