Synopsis

Some heavily armed terrorists have attacked a NASA base in the middle of nowhere in the desert, which was designed to make contact with extraterrestrial life using radio waves. The identity of the criminals and even their targets are a complete mystery to the government, but the base is completely destroyed, and 27 soldiers and some terrorists are dead. The only striking thing is that one terrorist, shortly before blowing herself up with a grenade, called out the name of Lamia Vindaw, who, in turn, has become the target of a bizarre vampire cult. Just ten days later, the body of a CIA man is found floating lifeless in the Seine. Is it even possible to link the two events? Monsieur Lassar and his hired mercenary, the spy and master criminal Kousaburo Kuki, believe that they can solve these cases and stop the vampires.
