Synopsis

A mysterious project is being advanced on the shores of Tokyo, the aim of which is the destruction of Patlabor. When the rate of lab accidents in Tokyo Bay begins to grow immensely, an investigation is launched, led by police officers Kusumi and Hata. Soon they discover bloodthirsty monsters that devour people without mercy and pose an immense danger to Tokyo. Cooperation with the military and the activation of Inguramu seems inevitable. Who is behind these biological weapons?
