Synopsis

Hatanaka Kosaku would be more successful as a boxer if it weren’t for a problem with his discipline. To compete in his traditional weight class, he would have to go on a diet before a fight, yet he does the exact opposite and sometimes even stuffs his belly with fast food before a match. That not only leads to the hopeful up-and-coming boxer having to fight opponents in the next weight class with a much harder punch, but the pre-fight gorging attack directly in his stomach area also takes its revenge and ends the fight rather quickly for him. Yes, you shouldn’t swim or fight a boxing match on a full stomach – a lesson Kosaku won’t learn until, one day, he meets the nun, Sister Angela. The novice tries to help him, though this complicates her training as a nun …
