Synopsis

Elementary school student Tadamichi Aoba, whom everyone calls “Dandoh”, is an extremely talented baseball player known for his long home runs. But one day his ball ends up in the headmaster’s potted plant. Although the older gentleman is not angry with him, he at least becomes aware of his stroke technique and introduces him to his personal passion, golf. After hearing that he could win 30 million yen in a tournament, which would help his family tremendously, Dandoh gives up playing baseball and decides to learn golf instead. His teacher is none other than professional athlete Shinjo Mikiyasu, who can no longer swing a golf club himself due to a car accident. Together with his friends Yuka and Kohei, Dandoh is now striving for the championship – but he still has a long way to go.
