Synopsis

Forina is a densely vegetated valley in the centre of Hoenn with an impressive natural landscape. Ash, Max, Brock and May arrive there on their way to a festival. While enjoying themselves at the Millenium Festival, they also meet the mystical wishing Pokémon Jirachi, who only awakens every one thousand years, exactly when the Millennium Comet is visible. Jirachi absorbs the comet’s energy during its thousand-year sleep and then passes it on to the town of Forina so that the landscape can grow and flourish.

Jirachi quickly makes friends with Max in particular, but a former Team Magma henchman has his own plans for the friendly Pokémon. The magician Butler and his accomplice Diane abuse Jirachi’s collected energy to bring Groudon to life. But the plan goes wrong, and a fake Groudon is created, which turns Forina into a wasteland and immediately starts sucking up the life force of all living creatures near it. It is now up to Jirachi and his newfound friends alone to put Meta Groudon in its place and save Forina from otherwise inevitable destruction.

La la la la la la,
    I kinda like this song.

    Why don’t you sing along?
La la la la la la,

    For the Girls.
    For! The! Girls! Yeah! Mmm!
