Das kleine Genie Michiru hat ihren Dr.-Titel in Atomphysik bereits im Alter von elf Jahren an der Universität von Kalifornien gemacht. Allerdings hat sie trotzdem noch nicht alles, was sie sich wünscht. Liebend gern hätte sie Geschwister und so baut sie sich schon bald einen kleinen Roboter-Bruder namens Dotakon, dem kurz darauf seine kleine Roboter-Schwester Chopiko folgt.
