Synopsis

Specter the monkey has been living in a circus, but he manages to escape and regain his freedom. After he gets his hands on a “pipo helmet”, he becomes intelligent and starts to spread chaos around the world with his fellow monkeys. With the help of numerous gadgets, Kakeru, Hiroki, Natsumi and the professor try to thwart his sinister plans. But will they manage to recapture the evil super-monkey?
