Synopsis

The brilliant 27-year-old investigator Ryouko Yakushiji and her dutiful subordinate Lieutnant Junichirou Izumida are no ordinary police officers, as their department mostly deals with the supernatural. Together, they try to solve the craziest cases, usually with remarkable success. However, a constant rivalry with investigator Yukiko Muromachi, which has existed since their school days, drives them to ever greater successes and to take on ever more difficult cases. It rarely gets boring for those involved in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department.
