Die Geschichte handelt von den drei Mädchen Kaoru Akashi, Aoi Nogami und Shiho Sannomiya.

In naher Zukunft werden Menschen immer öfters mit übersinnlicher Wahrnehmung geboren. Natürlich werden diese Fähigkeiten immer weiter genutzt und erforscht. Und wiederum ist es auch nicht verwunderlich, dass einige die Fähigkeiten missbrauchen. Die Regierung versucht dem entgegen zu kommen und gründet das B.A.B.E.L., eine Einrichtung zur Kontrolle, und Pflege von Menschen mit diesen Fähigkeiten. Dadurch, dass diese Menschen aber auch geschützt werden müssen, werden sie wie Verbrecher vom Rest der Welt ausgesperrt. Ein paar Jahre sind vergangen und die drei Mädchen kommen ins Spiel: Sie gründen unter der Kontrolle vom noch jungen Leutnant Kouichi Minamoto eine Spezialeinheit.
