Synopsis

Little Ichigo is currently in fourth grade and loves her caring mother, Miyuki, with all her heart. Unfortunately, though, her relationship with her stepfather, Yuuji, is strained. He sees the lively Ichigo as a real pest who interferes with his work, which often leads to a heated argument between him and Ichigo’s mum, putting a lot of strain on the whole family.

Feeling responsible for her mother’s failed relationship, Ichigo cries in a playground one evening, wishing that her mother had married her biological father and that her stepfather would disappear from her life. Shortly afterwards, a helpful fairy called Kappii, who has taken the form of her stuffed animal, suddenly appears and wants to help her fulfil her wish.

As Ichigo wants to undo her past mistakes, the fairy sends her to the past, where she takes on the role of her biological father Kyousuke’s sister. Well disguised, Ichigo and Kappii now try everything in their power to set Kyousuke and Ichigo’s mother up with each other and change the future for the better.
