Synopsis

Kaizou Katsu was once a child prodigy until his childhood friend Umi knocked him off a climbing frame at the age of seven, and he suffered a head trauma that changed his personality. Now, at the age of 17, he has a keen interest in all sorts of occult things like UFOs, ghosts, etc. and is not only incredibly gullible but also gives off the impression of being a lunatic.

When he is hit by a falling anatomy model of the science club and revived by the usage of a defibrillator, he henceforth believes to have been resurrected as a cyborg, constructed by the president of the club, Suzu Saien, who also likes to keep him in this belief for personal entertainment. Kaizou joins the science club, and together with Umi, Suzu and Chitan, he gets into all kinds of absurd and surreal situations, but also meets strange people from his time as a child prodigy.
