Kou Chisen ist ein Mitglied der Söldnergruppe Vier Feinde. Als Rekka-Soldat ist er der Übermacht Lutoh feindlich gesinnt. Wie auch die anderen Mitglieder der Vier Feinde möchte auch er Shuu Bi und Kai Rhodan dabei helfen, Rekka zum Positiven zu verändern. Nachdem sie den Kampf gegen Back Arrow und die Bewohner des Dorfes Edger verloren hatten, schloss er sich Shuu an, der Rekka hintergangen hatte.
